It's a ok car wash. It still leaves big splatter on you vehicle when done. I ran all 3 vehicles we have on 3 different days and the results were the same. And when my wife wanted to run her again they said no only once a day. They don't do a good job of the hand washing and lightly spray the sides and wheels. I went to a truck wash and for $21 they did a great job on my truck. 500% better than True shine. I spoke to the regional manager he was very nice but the workers did the same thing over and over. Get them in and out. I'm going back to Ultimate Shine you pay more but get a better job.

This car wash is so much more superior to the ultimate shine car wash! Ultimate sign was breaking the windshield wiper on my car every time I went through it and they never did anything about it! This one doesn't bother it at all I haven't broken one since I've been going there and the guys are awesome and assist you in each and every way that they can this place rocks!

They need to make one lane for monthly passes only so that people don't hold up the line on both sides when they can't figure out the card reader. As far as the car wash itself, it does an OK job at cleaning my vehicle. I usually have to do manual cleaning on the rear of my car; it doesn't get the hatch clean nor does it dry the back all that well. I also usually end up with a lot of suds between the bottom of my door and the frame that don't get rinsed. And like most other tunnel car washes with tire shine, I have to wipe the excess off my rims manually. Overall it's about as good as most other tunnel car washes. It will not clean all the bugs off if you just did a big trip, you're going to have to put in elbow grease for that. Also, and this is not a knock against this location: Please do not use an automatic car wash if you are too dense to put your vehicle in neutral as instructed (and as is required at every tunnel car wash ever). Big shout-out to the dark gray Toyota pickup truck today who trapped me in line for 15 minutes and caused me to leave without getting my car washed because he left his truck in drive and broke the machine.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. The location at boones creek had a roller fall apart in front of me jammed up under my truck completely stopped me in the truck wash heard things hitting my truck and the district manager Greg says that the damage was present before entering the wash best of luck to you. we can offer you a month free unlimited wash for the inconvenience. Wow. He shared the pictures with me and claims he can see the damage and circles in the picture where the damge was its not even the spots on my truck where I have the damage. All to be seen in the pictures to be attached. Asked for any pictures of the passenger side where the damage actually happened in the car wash where the roller actually came off and NO pictues or video. Surprise. I was stuck with a roller jammed up under my car not to mention 4 sets of wheel carries launched me around in the car wash and a truck ended up hitting me from behind before they got the wash shut down. No damage from behind just the side and there is nothing they can do about it Greg says. Unfortunately the prices have gone up. But they have great customer service. Good vacuums, it actually sucks up dirt unlike most vacuums at gas stations. The compressed air was helpful for those stubborn to vacuum spots. Loved that they had clean microfibers so you can tend to the windows/interior of car! Restroom inside.
